Our Anniversary!!!

Wow!!! 13 years! We ARE getting old! We had a great anniversary and whether we are getting old or not, we are only getting better! I wouldn't change my life, my husband, my crazy kids, my calling, or anything that comes with my life for anything, and can't imagine going through this life, or the one to come with anybody else!

He loves to surprise me, and this year he found this cool little hotel that was only one room called Eden's Keep, right here in Washington. It was amazing, you would never know you were in a commercial parking lot when you walk into this place. It was amazing! I felt like I was in a Las Vegas hotel.

We went to Anazazi grill for dinner and stuffed ourselves full!!
You would NEVER know that just behind this door was another world waiting!!!

My pictures don't EVEN do this place justice!!! Google Eden's Keep if you are interested in seeing more! It is well worth the visit!!
Thanks babe! For a great anniversary, and 13 great years!! Love Ya!

My little Entrepreneur!!!

Kenzie is always the one around here trying to make a little extra money! So when she asked me for the 20th time this summer if she could have a lemonade stand, I decided it was time to do something about her little entrepreneurial spirit. We decided to let her sell water and Capri suns at the 24th of July parade. Who knew that she would do so well and that in the process we would get a good lesson on manners and some good math practice. I was so proud of her! She worked really hard a never complained! And for anyone who is wondering, NONE of this was Tony's idea like you might think!!!

Fourth of July Fun!!

We had a great Fourth of July!  Maybe it was so great because it wasn't quite 115 degrees this year!  We swam, we all took naps, we had a BBQ with friends, and then finished off the night at the Country Showdown, where Tony was a judge, and fireworks!!  FUN!  FUN!  FUN!

This is the only picture Troy would allow me to take!  Dang teenager!

Kamren has decided she gets to say what goes under this picture!  So, she loves her mom and decided to take a picture with her!
Watching the fireworks

Kenzie had WAY more fun than I ever thought possible with this thing!
We always seem to be missing one kid lately!  Kaylee was off running with her friends!  Shocker!!

This is how our kids watch fireworks!!!  Big scaredy cats!

Imagine my horror........

....when THIS is the thing I see when I walk past the bathroom by the kitchen!!  For those of you that know my feelings on potty training before 3, you KNOW that is just about sent me over the edge!!!!  Needless to say, we WILL NOT be starting potty training for another 6 months!  I am just going to chalk this up to spending a little too much time in the bathroom with his dad!

BTW, sorry about to butt shot!

Fathers Day

Happy Father's Day, Babe!  We are so lucky to have your crazy wackiness in our home to lightened things up and make things a bite more lively around here!  Thank you for taking such great care of all of us.

I got Tony a GPS unit for Father's Day.  I think it was one of those gifts that I wanted more than him, but I think he will be thanking me when he is looking for some crazy Dixie Direct customers address and he doesn't even have to look for it!
I know we are missing a kid!   He is away at camp in Salt Lake for the next 5 weeks.

Kenzie and her card she made Tony.  It is Tony laying on the trampoline trying to look for lizards to catch for the girls under the tramp!  She was so proud of her drawings.
They had a good laugh at all of the cards Kenzie made him.

Mothers Day Breakfast....YUM!!!

I can't believe I never posted about this! I woke up on Mothers' day to Tony whispering and laughing about what the kids were making me for breakfast! I, so proudly ate:
Cold toast & spinach salad with Poppy seed dressing!
We laughed hard about this one! But they were so proud of themselves how could I not eat it!

How did I ever live without this face?

I have never yet, had a kid who is being naughty or not, strike me as funny and cute NO MATTER WHAT HE IS DOING!!! We are in real trouble with this kid because we both seem to find him hilarious! He is going to get away with a lot growing up, good thing he is the baby so it is expected of him!! Love his little stinking face!

Daxton and his scooter are best buddies and I can't believe I have never blogged about it! He got it for his 2nd birthday and has been doing daredevil tricks on it ever since!
